Handmade treats from my small bakery
I started Bakerbee because I love baking and know first-hand how difficult it can be to find treats when following a low FODMAP diet.
I bake brownies, cookies and cakes with care, so there’s something lovely to enjoy yourself or share with someone else.
At Bakerbee Bakery, we take pride in crafting delicious gluten-free products. However, please note that our kitchen handles gluten-containing ingredients, which may pose a risk for individuals with celiac disease. We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and separation, but we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of gluten. Free Range Eggs
We use free range eggs, it's better for the environment, it's kinder for the chickens and best of all it tastes better.
Speciality grade single origin chocolate
In our brownies we use single origin chocolate, manufactured from a single variety of cocoa beans grown and harvested in a specific region. Single-origin chocolates aim for a higher quality bar with a more nuanced taste, and when you taste our products you'll agree that high quality chocolate makes all the difference!
In some of our bakes we also use a high quality 70%+ Belgian chocolate, from a 100% sustainable source verified by Cocoa Horizons

At our micro bakery, freshness is our priority, which is why all our brownies are made to order. Each batch is baked with the finest ingredients and utmost care, ensuring you receive the highest quality treats every time. When you place an order, you can be confident that your brownies will be freshly baked just for you. Each brownie box contains six generous brownies, perfect for sharing or enjoying a little at a time.
