A few of my favourite supermarket Low FODMAP items
Shopping on the Low FODMAP diet can feel futile and leaving you being disillusioned. On the whole most ready food or packaged food is not low FODMAP and even the gluten free range products can have pesky Low FODMAP ingredients lurking in them. Cooking and baking from scratch can sometimes feel like the only safe option, however this is not always practical and sometimes I am just too busy.
I have compiled a list of my favourite go to products from the UK supermarkets. Ingredients can change in products so always double check when purchasing.
