Speciality grade single origin chocolate
In our brownies we use single origin chocolate, manufactured from a single variety of cocoa beans grown and harvested in a specific region. Single-origin chocolates aim for a higher quality bar with a more nuanced taste, and when you taste our products you'll agree that high quality chocolate makes all the difference!
In some of our bakes we also use a high quality 70%+ Belgian chocolate, from a 100% sustainable source verified by Cocoa Horizons
